My first chess lesson was given to me by my father at the age of six. He was and always will be an inspiration to me. During my chess career, I won many titles and many medals, but my biggest and most treasured achievements are:
|
- World Champion Under-18 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico 1989
- World Champion Under-16 in Rio Gallegos, Argentina 1986
- Australian Women’s Champion for 1992, 1993, 1994
- Receiving the International Title of FIDE Master in 1986

In May 2007, I was invited as a VIP guest to one of the most prestigious chess tournaments in the world M-Tel Masters. The tournament was rated category XX with an average rating of 2700! During the tournament, I was interviewed by the French GM Robert Fontaine.
