Looking good should be an every day activity. Over the years, I have assisted a lot of women to look good by helping them with professional advice from how to dress to how to apply their make-up.

One of my fondest memories is a customer of mine that lives in Tasmania. She arrived in Melbourne for a big birthday party celebration organized by one of the oldest Melbournian families. I was working at the time as a manager for level one women's fashion at a leading department store. She stopped me with a question on where to go and what she should be doing.

An hour later we had selected the right evening outfit for her, then the matching sandals, then hosiery, then accessories, then make-up and finally I recommended a hairdresser for her hair. Months later, I received a lovely thank you card for my assistance and support.
